After a really disappointing experience with a previous online account I was really looking for an account who I felt confident was competent and actually willing to speak to me throughout the process without it feeling like I was inconveniencing them.All I can say is Chetan far exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent. He made everything so easy and clear to understand. He wants you to fully understand your accounts. No question felt like a stupid question. Chetan is very thorough and conscientious. He's completely took the dread out of my end of year accounting and I won't be going anywhere else in future.
